The entire process is recorded and reported by means of a flow chart which covers:

2. Post Dyeing Inspection for colour accuracy and fastness

3. Embroidery Inspection for Design Specifications

4. Pre-packing Inspection

Apart from the regular QAD, we operate a secondary line of Quality Auditors who visit factories, use high resolution digital cameras to transmit shots of production process to the concerned merchandiser for a virtual view of the production line.

Silk’n Fab has an in-house testing lab where every bulk lot are randomly picked by QA's and tested for quality and consistency. Also for advanced testing, we take the services of government approved and globally recognised laboratories.
