Our minimums for hand done beaded/ embroidered fabrics are only 8 mtrs while that for plain fabrics is a roll of 25 mtrs. |
Q. What is the lead time from date of confirmed order?
We dispatch orders for embellished fabrics within 4-6 weeks from receipt of confirmed order while we take around 2 weeks for stock items in plain fabrics. |
Q. What are your payment terms?
Our payment terms are 50% advance with confirmed order and balance when goods are ready for dispatch. |

Our embellished fabrics can be from 10-100 whereas our plain fabrics range from U$ 1-30/ mtr |
Q. Can you modify your designs to our requirement?
Yes, we can modify any of our design to suits your requirement of colour, fabric, pattern etc. The product page has a “modify” button through which you can mention the changes you require |

Q. Do you hold stocks?
We have stocks in plain fabrics. all embellished fabrics are made to order |
Q. How do you pack your fabrics?
We pack fabrics with utmost care in rolls or as flat pack. These are safely packed in poly packets to withstand overseas shipment. |
Q. How do you ship?
We use vessel, air freight or express couriers depending on the clients urgency and weight of the shipment. |
Q. How secure is your online payment system?
We treat the security of your information very seriously. For this reason we have chosen to use the e-payment system offered by the Barclays Bank.
When you choose to pay online, you will be transported directly into the website operated by Barclays, and they process the transaction on our behalf.
Once you have completed the payment, you will be transported back to our website page to confirm your order.
We never receve your credit card details, and are simply provided with the payment, and a reference. All your credit card details are stored by the Barclays for maximum security.
